Appointments adjusted by the physician:
Please note that bookings and appointments are subjected to change at any time by the attending physician; if a bank transfer was made and the appointment was cancelled by the physician, a refund will be issued. 

 

Appointments adjusted by the client:
Any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments by clients may be done up to 2 hours before. However, please note that if a 30% bank deposit was made and the appointment was cancelled less than 24 hours before, the deposit will be non-refundable. Any cancellations made more than 24 hours before will be refunded. "No shows" with a prior deposit will forfeit the deposit.

This service is based on the client's needs and requirements. Any cancellation or rescheduling of this service must be done more than 24 hours before the initiation of care. 

 

We understand that emergencies happen and we will review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Please ensure to inform us promptly of any changes made.
